What I Teach

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic and graceful style of yoga that enhances both physical and mental well-being by linking breath with movement. Builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, and offers the feeling of a complete workout.

Yin Yoga

A gentle practice ideal for those feeling overwhelmed by the constant demands of modern life. Stretching and hydration of deep connective tissues like ligaments, joints and the fascia. Helps the body beyond the superficial muscles, 

Pilates

A mind-body exercise system that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement through controlled muscle engagement. Suitable for anyone looking to build strength, move with ease, and feel better in their body.
